Benefits of Lavender

Home   >   Lavender

The uses of lavender essential oil are so many that we may not even be able to be completely exhaustive. First of all, it has a very strong antibacterial effect, especially against streptococci, fungi and viruses. For example, oil is one of the most effective ingredients for treating purulent wounds and inflammation. However, remember, never apply it in its pure form, but only added to the ointment. For effective prevention of the rampant flu, it is enough to inhale the lavender fumes through an aroma lamp or inhalations.

The essential oil is also a first aid for burns – both household and solar.

We came to the soothing and analgesic properties of lavender. Nervousness, stress, insomnia, headache, palpitations, menstrual cramps – these complaints are usually chronic and difficult to respond to medication. However, lavender oil successfully treats them. Last but not least, the essential oil not only soothes insect bites, but is also an effective protection against their attacks.

Lavender oil is one of the most valuable ingredients in cosmetics. It is used not only against acne, hair loss and dandruff, but also to repair cracked skin, as it enhances cell regeneration.
Although weaker, the effect of lavender water is similar. It is used for daily skin toning and as an ingredient in various masks – for example with clay, which enhances the anti-inflammatory and cleansing effect. Like oil and lavender water soothes insect bites and sunburn.
