About AGATONIKA Group

We are a company operating in several economic areas, one of which is modern agriculture, specializing in the creation and development of 100% natural lavender products. As a result, today we and our partners are among the most dynamically developing producers and traders of lavender crops and oils and products based on them. In the distilleries of our partners, both own and toll production is boiled, i.e. of external to our organization farmers of lavender color.

We run the operation by family members which makes the entire organisation a family business, currently planing and maintaining lavender fields located in the southern Bulgaria, in the region of the countryside Vaskovo and Georgi Dobrevo.

THE HISTORY BEHIND

Lavender – the name comes from Latin Lavare meaning “to wash” is not like other plants, the ancient Romans used the flowers to flavored the water they bathed, and in Egypt it was used for mummify of the pharonies and healing.

 

During the renaissance, leather craftsmen began to use it to flavor their products.
